   When you make a new Dial-Up Networking entry, the "defaults"
   are usually correct. Check the following:
   
   - Turn off Software Compression
   - Use Server Assigned IP Address.
   - Use Server Assigned Name Servers (DNS)
   - Set, Wait for Credit Card Tone to ZERO [0]
   - Try calling another access telephone number ... ?
